dc.descriptionLeaders inspire confidence and builds trust among people to attain objectives. Effective leaders have a meaningful aspect in common, and that is they are capable of keeping their subordinates engaged. Leaders must adapt and modify their leadership style in order to achieve goals and inspire people along the way. This article aimed to explore the nature of leadership in educational contexts. It also argued that the presence of leadership in any educative organization is a crucial component of overall organizational success.
