dc.descriptionThe Colombian armed conflict and it’s associated with the LGBT community human rights violations goes together, that’s why in the middle of the armed conflict y post-conflict, as victims they have right to be due these violations, those right are: truth, justice, integral reparations, and no repetition assurance. Here goes in the scene the public policies and their scheduled actions, to be able to guarantee to the access and the enjoyment of rights, that in the case of LGBT community victims of the armed conflict, for they have a differential focus, requires a policy that requires a policy tailored to their needs. In the subject of actions with LGBT community victims of the armed conflict, are described in the action plan of public policy to guarantee the effective exercise of the rights of people who are part of the LGBTI sectors and of people with sexual orientations and diverse gender identities, in the section called “Peace and Reconciliation”. Then here it is required to do a description of those actions and realize if they are able to guarantee the right they have as victims of the armed conflict K

dc.descriptionEl conflicto armado y la relación con los hechos violadores de derechos de la comunidad LGBT van de la mano, por eso en el marco del conflicto y postconflicto, como victimas tienen derechos a resarcir debido a estas violaciones, dentro de los cuales destacan a la verdad, la justicia, la reparación integral y la garantía de no repetición. Aquí entran en juego las políticas públicas y sus respectivos planes de acción, para el acceso efecto y goce de estos derechos, que en el caso de la comunidad LGBT víctima del conflicto armado por tener un enfoque diferencial, requiere una política adaptada a sus necesidades. En el aspecto de acciones con respecto a las víctimas de esta población se encuentran descritas en el plan de acción de la política pública para la garantía del ejercicio efectivo de los derechos de las personas que hacen parte de los sectores LGBTI y de personas con orientaciones sexuales e identidades de género diversas, en el lineamiento denominado “Paz y Reconciliación”. Se requiere entonces aquí una descripción de estas acciones y la capacidad según su contenido de poder garantizar los derechos que como victimas que son del conflicto armado en Colombia.
