Manual Técnico de Diseño de Túneles Ferroviarios en Colombia

Abstract

spa: Este documento contiene aspectos de diseño geométrico y geomecánico de túneles ferroviarios en roca que incluye aspectos de diseño aerodinámico de la sección y aspectos de geología para ingeniería de túneles. La temática se aborda introduciendo al lector en el contexto actual de la normatividad y proyección férrea de Colombia, seguido por un breve resumen histórico de la evolución ferroviaria a escala mundial y nacional, y, por último, antes de entrar a los aspectos técnicos del manual, se presenta los diferentes tipos de sistemas ferroviarios de uso internacional. Este manual fue creado con el objetivo de incentivar la construcción de proyectos ferroviarios competitivos como los de de alta velocidad en Colombia, así como de ser insumo para normalizar este tipo de proyectos de ingeniería en el país.

eng: This document contains aspects of geometric and geomechanical design of railway tunnels in rock, including aspects of aerodynamic design of the section and aspects of geology for tunnel engineering. The subject matter is approached by introducing the reader to the current context of railway regulations and projection in Colombia, followed by a brief historical summary of the railway evolution on a global and national scale, and finally, before going into the technical aspects of the manual, the different types of railway systems in international use are presented. This manual was created with the purpose of encouraging the construction of competitive railway projects such as high-speed railways in Colombia, as well as to be an input to standardize this type of engineering projects in the country.
