Impacto de los beneficios extralegales en la calidad de vida de los trabajadores de Axa Colpatria en la dirección de gestión humana

Abstract

Estudio de investigación plantea como problema el desconocimiento del impacto de los beneficios extralegales en la calidad de vida de los trabajadores del grupo AXA COLPATRIA para evaluar una actualización o reestructuración de sus programas y políticas relacionadas. Se hace referencia a Beneficios extralegales a toda remuneración adicional a la indicada en la normatividad laboral colombiana vigente que el empleador otorga de forma voluntaria en diferentes aspectos como: salud, educación, bienestar, inversión, alimentación, convenios y alianzas, que se fijan bajo condiciones que pretenden atraer y fidelizar talentos elevando la satisfacción de los colaboradores. Por la anterior se exponen las cifras y conceptos relacionados con aportes de beneficios que otorga el grupo AXA COLPATRIA a sus trabajadores desde el año 2020 al 2022 y los resultados de las herramientas de recolección de información cuantitativa con el fin de realizar una propuesta de intervención. Así, el texto se divide en cinco capítulos que dan cuenta de la investigación, iniciando con una contextualización de la empresa AXA COLPATRIA realizando posteriormente todo el proceso investigativo que comprende la justificación, el problema, los objetivos y la metodología empleada enmarcando todo el trabajo en unas categorías conceptuales, para así recoger los resultados, analizarlos y proponer un proyecto de intervención.

Research study raises as a problem the ignorance of the impact of extralegal benefits on the quality of life of the workers of the AXA COLPATRIA group to evaluate an update or restructuring of their programs and related policies. Reference is made to extralegal benefits to any remuneration additional to that indicated in the current Colombian labor regulations that the employer grants voluntarily in different aspects such as: health, education, well-being, investment, food, agreements and alliances, which are set under conditions that aim to attract and retain talents by raising the satisfaction of employees. The above presents the figures and concepts related to contributions of benefits granted by the AXA COLPATRIA group to its workers from 2020 to 2022 and the results of the quantitative information collection tools in order to make an intervention proposal. Thus, the text is divided into five chapters that account for the research, starting with a contextualization of the company AXA COLPATRIA subsequently carrying out the entire research process that includes the justification, the problem, the objectives and the methodology used framing all the work in conceptual categories, in order to collect the results, analyze them and propose an intervention project.
