dc.description.abstractEs por lo anterior, que nos concierne tratar el fenómeno de la pérdida de la capacidad laboral en las organizaciones, direccionando el estudio desde una perspectiva de la revisión sistémica y análisis teóricos que permita identificar los beneficios de incluir estrategias que permitan adecuar el entorno laboral para la población trabajadora, y a su vez evidenciar que este asunto trae mejoras en el área operativa de la empresa, además de esto es importante reconocer a través de la revisión teórica los tipos de requerimientos que se han propuesto desde el área científica para la medición de la perdida de la capacidad laboral a nivel nacional e internacional, las metodologías utilizadas, los instrumentos aprobados para la calificación de la misma y los resultados obtenidos en diferentes y numerosas investigaciones en las que se tenga en cuenta la temática del estudio (9).
