Impacto en las herramientas community manager en la formación de ingenieros industriales en la universidad de Santander UDES - Caso Gerencia Logistica

Abstract

En los tiempos antiguos donde solo era posible comunicarse con la voz, los gestos o algún tipo de señas, obligó al hombre a buscar mejorar la forma de comunicarse, primero fueron los pictogramas, jeroglíficos, luego la escritura, con la necesidad de enviar mensajes a larga distancia, los romanos desarrollaron su propio sistema de postas (del latín positus, ‘puesto’), de donde procede el término "servicio postal". Debido al permanente aumento de la población mundial y a la dificulta para comunicarse por las grandes distancias, es ahí donde la tecnología entra a ser protagonista para facilitar las cosas, con el telégrafo, las ondas de radio, la televisión y la internet que con el surgimiento del correo electrónico se desarrolla otra forma más eficaz de comunicación a través de sistemas muchos más rápidos lo cual desencadena que usuarios de estos generen una revolución en la forma de tramitar o dar a conocer una noticia, antes era un privilegio poder usar este tipo de tecnología debía pertenecer a una Universidad, Centro de Investigación o a una empresa. El correo electrónico es mucho más que un método para transmitir datos, imágenes, video, etc. Es requisito indispensable para abrir otro tipo de cuentas, ya sea para hacer compras en un establecimiento en línea, una red social, mensajería instantánea, foros de discusión, y otros. En la implementación del uso del correo electrónico en la Universidad de Santander “UDES” se unificó la forma en que los docentes podían hacer llegar sus complementos de clase a los alumnos y estos estar informados por medio escrito, con el desarrollo continuo de la tecnología y con el pasar del tiempo se realizó una investigación de cómo cada día es fascinante el desarrollo de apps o sistemas que facilitan el aprendizaje y forma de enseñar a la comunidad académica.

Email is much more than a method of transmitting data, images, video, etc. It is an essential requirement to open other types of accounts, whether to make purchases in an online establishment, a social network, instant messaging, discussion forums, and others. In the implementation of the use of email at the University of Santander "UDES" the way in which teachers could send their class supplements to students was unified and they were informed by written means, with the continuous development of technology and with the passing of time an investigation was carried out on how every day the development of apps or systems that facilitate learning and the way of teaching the academic community is fascinating.
