significativamente. | |

a method that is easy to apply and is available every time the student requires it.
In the present document, a didactic strategy was applied using a mobile application in students
of Artistic and Cultural Education of the tenth grade of the Colegio Técnico Industrial Jose Elías
Puyana, the main objective of the work was to implement a strategy to strengthen interpretive
self-control after diagnosing the causes of anxiety with a pretest and finally measure the
effectiveness through a post test. The students were provided with the technological tool to carry
out the activities designed in the didactic proposal and later the analysis of the results of the post
test was made to establish if there was any difference between the levels of anxiety.
The results showed that students feel a lot of anxiety especially before going on stage and that
doomsday thinking play a decisive role in increasing anxiety, however, it was also found that
once the strategy is implemented, the level of anxiety as a result to appear in front of an
audience was greatly reduced. | |
