The purpose of this project is to implement pedagogical strategies to promote the reading and writing intelligence of sixth grade students at the Rosalía Mafla Educational Institution in the municipality of Jamundí through the use of Tomi Digital and Educaplay mobile applications that allow the strengthening of reading and writing intelligence, which It will allow decisions to be made regarding the reading and writing processes that are currently used within this Institution. To achieve this, a quantitative methodology was selected, with a sample of 24 sixth grade students, to whom the diagnostic test and final test instruments were applied. The results show that the pedagogical strategies implemented allowed teachers in the humanities area to identify strengths and weaknesses in students with respect to the skills they have in their skills for both reading and writing. The strategies mediated by Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) will allow the implementation of improvement plans for the use of reading and writing in the Educational Institution under study.
