Gestión financiera para la optimización del proceso administrativo en la Secretaría de Educación municipal de Maicao

Abstract

para la optimización del proceso administrativo en la Secretaría de Educación Municipal de Maicao, fundamentado en los aportes de (Córdoba, 2016), (Urrego & Muñoz, 2018), (Bonet et al., 2018), (Pimienta et al., 2015), (Velásquez et al., 2016), (Sánchez, 2016), (Grajales, 2017), entre otros. El estudio se considera de tipo descriptivo, dentro de un diseño no experimental, transeccional y de campo. Tomó como población a diez (10) sujetos que componen del área administrativa y financiera de la Secretaria de Educación Municipal de Maicao. Como instrumento de recolección de información se utilizó cuestionario compuesto por treinta y seis (36) ítems, con opciones de respuestas múltiples, bajo la escala de Likert. A su vez, se muestra el resultado de los datos, el cual se analiza a través de la estadística descriptiva, específicamente en tablas y gráficas con una distribución porcentual de los datos obtenidos. A partir de la investigación se pudo concluir que la organización presenta serias falencias con respecto a la gestión del efectivo y las cuentas por cobrar, mostrando una alta tendencia a optar por la financiación a largo plazo, ejecutando pocas labores de planeación y control, además de realizar pocos análisis internos y externos que le generen amplios beneficios financieros y administrativos.

The present investigation has as general objective to analyze financial management for the optimization of the administrative process in the Municipal Education Secretariat of Maicao, based on the contributions of (Córdoba, 2016), (Urrego & Muñoz, 2018), (Bonet et al., 2018), (Pimienta et al., 2015), (Velásquez et al., 2016), (Sánchez, 2016), (Grajales, 2017), among others. The study is considered descriptive, within a non-experimental, transectional and field design. It took as a population ten (10) subjects that make up the administrative and financial area of the Secretary of Municipal Education of Maicao. As an instrument for collecting information, a questionnaire composed of thirty-six (36) items was used, with multiple response options, under the Likert scale. In turn, the result of the data is shown, which is analyzed through descriptive statistics, specifically in tables and graphs with a percentage distribution of the data obtained. From the investigation it was concluded that From the investigation it was possible to conclude that the organization has serious shortcomings with respect to the management of cash and accounts receivable, showing a high tendency to opt for long-term financing, executing few planning and control tasks, in addition to carry out few internal and external analyzes that generate large financial and administrative benefits
