dc.descriptionspa: El presente estudio es de tipo observacional, prospectivo, longitudinal analítico y pretende evaluar el efecto de las hormonas del tejido adiposo y las hormonas tiroideas, sobre los niveles de lípidos sanguíneos en cada uno de los trimestres durante el embarazo normal. Se trabajará con muestras de sangre, obtenidas de 73 embarazadas que asisten a control de embarazo, al hospital San Marcos de Chinchiná. No se encontró diferencia estadísticamente significativa entre las variables analizadas, en cuanto a las correlaciones, la asociación fue muy baja para adiponectina, resistina e insulina con CT, leptina, resistina, T4 y TSH con C-HDL, T4 con C-LDL.
dc.descriptioneng: The present study is observational, prospective, analytical longitudinal and aims to evaluate the effect of adipose tissue hormones and thyroid hormones on blood lipid levels in each of the trimesters during normal pregnancy. They will work with blood samples, obtained from 73 pregnant women who attend the pregnancy control, at the San Marcos de Chinchiná hospital. No statistically significant difference was found between the variables analyzed, in terms of correlations, the association was very low for adiponectin, resistin and insulin with CT, leptin, resistin, T4 and TSH with HDL-C, T4 with LDL-C.
