dc.descriptionEl presente ensayo analiza la gerencia que se llevó a cabo en el proyecto del puente Chirajara, el mal proceso en la planificación donde en muchos casos no fue realizada, y no se tuvo en cuenta la supervisión y seguimiento de los diferentes procesos, debido a esto ocurrió el desplome del puente, una buena solución para este error es el uso del PMI (Project Management Institute), el cual fundamenta la dirección de los proyectos, dando una base sobre la que las organizaciones pueden construir metodologías y así dar un buen desarrollo. El objetivo principal de este ensayo es profundizar en los procesos anteriores a la ejecución como lo son la gerencia y la planificación de las diferentes actividades, para esto se requiere analizar las falencias que contribuyeron en el colapso del puente chirajara el cual dejo riesgos a grandes escalas, tales como: la pérdida de vidas humanas y al tas deudas en su demolición en cuanto al gobierno. Por otro lado, se analiza la falta de la gestión de comunicaciones donde se frecuentaron diferentes tipos de inconvenientes, la gestión de los riesgos los cuales muchos no se tuvieron en cuenta y terminaron en catástrofes, también no gestionaron la calidad del proyecto donde se encontraron con pérdidas de tiempo y así mismo de costos, para ello se implementa el uso del PMI don se halla una mejor metodología de ejecución, es decir se planea dicho proyecto para reducir riesgos y llegar al objetivo del proyecto.

The main objective of this essay is to delve into the processes prior to execution, such as the management and planning of the different activities, for this it is necessary to analyze the shortcomings that contributed to the collapse of the Chirajara bridge, which left risks on a large scale, such as: the loss of human lives and high debts in its demolition regarding the government. On the other hand, the lack of communication management is analyzed where different types of of inconveniences, risk management, many of which were not taken into account and ended up in catastrophes, they also did not manage the quality of the project where they encountered losses of time and also costs, for this the use of the PMI is implemented where a better execution methodology, that is, said project is planned to reduce risks and reach the objective of the Project.
