| dc.description | El déficit presupuestal que a traviesa la nación impacta de una forma negativa en la Unidad Nacional de Protección UNP, en especial el asignado al grupo de implementación de medidas de protección, donde se analizara el impacto que se genera el no poder garantizar la cobertura de los enfoques diferenciales para implementar medidas de prevención y protección, a la fecha se presenta un déficit presupuestal de diez mil millones de pesos $10.000.000.000 donde se presenta un faltante de 25 comunidades por implementar las medidas de protección, que impactarían a un aproximado de 45.000 ciudadanos. Se empleará el método inductivo basado en un enfoque cualitativo, se aplicará la recolección de la información mediante un modelo de análisis documental apoyándonos en documentos de la misma organización que no comprometa información privilegiada y sensible para su operatividad. Se requiere que tanto el ministerio de hacienda como el senado de la republica modifique decreto 4065 de 2011 y decreto 300 de 2017, para permitir la incorporación de nuevos convenios de la UNP con personas naturales para la captación de nuevos negocios estratégicos que permita generar nuevos ingresos para la entidad y poder suplir el déficit presupuestario existente. | |

| dc.description | The budget deficit that the nation is going through has a negative impact on the National Protection Unit UNP, especially the one assigned to the group for the implementation of protection measures, where the impact generated by not being able to guarantee the coverage of the differential approaches to implement prevention and protection measures, to date there is a budget deficit of ten billion pesos $10,000,000,000 where there is a lack of 25 communities to implement protection measures, which would impact approximately 45,000 citizens . The inductive method based on a qualitative approach will be used, the collection of information will be applied through a documentary analysis model, relying on documents from the same organization that does not compromise privileged and sensitive information for its operation. It is required that both the Ministry of Finance and the Senate of the Republic modify decree 4065 of 2011 and decree 300 of 2017, to allow the incorporation of new agreements of the UNP with natural persons for the acquisition of new strategic businesses that allow generating new income. for the entity and to be able to cover the existing budget deficit. | |
