dc.description | El presente documento plantea como tesis general, que en la nueva realidad postpandemia las Habilidades Blandas se constituyen en una de las principales herramientas para la Alta Gerencia porque garantizan una mejor y más holística toma de decisiones; por ello, a partir de una investigación documental, se buscó identificar a partir de estudios y artículos, cuál ha sido la importancia de estas habilidades para la Alta Gerencia en la toma de decisiones en el contexto actual tras la pandemia originada por el Covid-19, principalmente en aquellas organizaciones que comprenden el sector bancario y/o financiero y sobre todo lo que respecta al Cliente Interno. Como resultado se obtuvo que si algo trajo la pandemia, fue la importancia de estas habilidades para cada organización, gerencia y empleado, al saber qué y cómo hacer para asegurar lo más esencial: la vida; y por ello, para los líderes de los distintos ámbitos, incluido el bancario y/o financiero, no se trató tanto de lo que se podría lograr, sino de cómo se debería y quería actuar, en un mundo que sufrió afectaciones de una magnitud global y sin precedentes. | |
