dc.descriptionEn el presente ensayo se abordará el tema de la comunicación y el método Harvard de negociación estos como parte importante para la gestión de proyectos, como influyen y aportan de manera positiva a este campo. También se dará una muestra de lo aprendido en el diplomado de “Desarrollo de habilidades directivas y gestión de proyectos. Se dará inicio con la temática de la comunicación, luego el método Harvard de negociación y después su influencia para lograr la gestión de proyectos, de la que también se hará una pequeña introducción a este tema.
