dc.descriptionEl presente artículo, pretende inicialmente mostrar la problemática en materia de productividad, rendimientos, sobrecostos en el sector construcción a nivel nacional con el fin de enmarcar en soluciones que puedan mejorar este aspecto y garantizar la excelencia en calidad, tiempo y costos en el sector de la construcción mediante la ejecución de cuatro fases en la presente investigación que constara de una revisión literaria para enmarcar la importancia de la metodología BIM y Lean, un diagnóstico mediante una encuesta de evaluación, establecer la relación entre Lean y BIM y establecer un paso a paso para finalmente concretar la interacción de Last Planner como herramienta de Lean Construction y BIM como herramienta de modelado para contribuir a la mejora de procesos de planificación y ejecución disminuyendo las interferencias, reprocesos, sobrecostos y retrasos.
dc.descriptionThis article initially intends to show the problems in terms of productivity, yields, cost overruns in the construction sector at a national level in order to frame ourselves in solutions that can improve this aspect and guarantee excellence in quality, time and costs in the construction sector. the construction through the execution of four phases in the present investigation that will consist of a literary review to frame the importance of the BIM and Lean methodology, a diagnosis through an evaluation survey, establish the relationship between Lean and BIM and establish a step by step to finally specify the interaction of Last Planner as a Lean Construction tool and BIM as a modeling tool to contribute to the improvement of planning and execution processes, reducing interferences, reprocessing, cost overruns and delays.
