dc.descriptionEl presente documento tiene como fin reconocer los beneficios de incentivar la implementación de los sistemas de gestión en la empresa de seguridad privada SECURBEL LTDA, dado que, en la actualidad en su plan de trabajo no cuenta con esta importante herramienta, partiendo del contexto interno y externo de la compañía. La seguridad es una necesidad básica del ser humano y de las organizaciones ante los múltiples criterios del riesgo. El liderazgo y compromiso por la alta dirección y las actividades dentro del ciclo PHVA (Planear, Hacer, Verificar y Actuar) son herramientas que ayudan a gestionar los ciclos en dicho proceso. En consecuencia, mediante este documento busca demostrar que, si se logra implementar un sistema de gestión integral con enfoque a la vigilancia y seguridad privada en la empresa SECURBEL LTDA permitirá un desarrollo integral en este sector, además, generará más control en la operación, minimizará el riesgo potencial; por ende, beneficiará a todas las partes interesadas desde la operación hasta el cliente. El factor económico se verá beneficiado directamente al garantizar la protección de su personal como los activos.
dc.descriptionThe purpose of this document is to recognize the benefits of encouraging the implementation of management systems in the private security company SECURBEL LTDA, given that currently in its work plan it does not have this important tool, based on the internal and external context. of the company; Security is a basic need of the human being and of organizations in the face of multiple risk criteria. The leadership and commitment by senior management and the activities within the PDCA cycle, plan, do, verify and act are tools that help manage the cycles in said process. Consequently, through this document it seeks to demonstrate that, if it is possible to implement a comprehensive management system with a focus on surveillance and private security in the company SECURBEL LTDA, it will allow comprehensive development in the security sector, generate more control in the operation, will minimize the potential risk therefore it will benefit all parties involved from the operational, logistics, strategic part, partners to their customers. The economic factor will benefit directly by guaranteeing the protection of their personnel and assets.
