dc.descriptionEl liderazgo en la actualidad es una virtud que tienen las personas para guiar y tomar las mejores decisiones de un grupo de personas o de una empresa. Un líder encuentra las mejores estrategias para la resolución de problemas y para actuar de manera acertada en la interpretación de resultados. En este ensayo, desarrollaremos aspectos relevantes, como los fundamentos para convertirse en un líder moderno y un adecuado pensador estratégico, cuáles son los diferentes tipos de líderes y a cuál se acomoda dependiendo de la necesidad. Finalmente, se mostrará la principal problemática de los líderes en los proyectos de ingeniería en Colombia y cuál sería su posible solución.

A leader finds the best strategies to solve problems and to act correctly in the interpretation of results. In this essay, we will develop relevant aspects, such as the fundamentals to become a modern leader and an adequate strategic thinker, what are the different types of leaders and which one is adapted depending on the need. Finally, the main problem of the leaders in engineering projects in Colombia will be shown and what would be its possible solution.
