dc.descriptionEl docente universitario en su afán de instruir sobre un conocimiento que debe adquirir el estudiante, debe enfrentarse ante la necesidad de generar la búsqueda de las claves para defender una posición o una idea, en el cual surgen un sinnúmero de ayudas comunicativas, pero que no son útiles si se desconoce la utilidad de los tipos de comunicación que se debe emplear, ya que cada uno tiene un objetivo diferente; pero para llegar a aprender sobre los tipos de comunicación, y en especial de la comunicación asertiva y la comunicación efectiva, es necesario que el docente se realice varias preguntas y así disponer la mente y el cuerpo para encontrar las herramientas para la enseñanza y aprendizaje, para el uso adecuado de la comunicación y así fortalecer las capacidades socioemocionales: ¿Qué es comunicar? ¿Para qué sirve saber comunicar? ¿Cuál es la relación entre el relacionamiento humano y la comunicación? ¿Por qué es importante relacionar la comunicación con la enseñanza? ¿De qué manera se interrelaciona el liderazgo con las emociones sociales? Y finalmente, ¿cómo entender sobre importancia de saber comunicar con el uso efectivo de los diversos tipos de comunicación para ser un líder con habilidades socioemocionales?
dc.descriptionThe university professor in his eagerness to instruct on a knowledge that the student must acquire, must face the need to generate the search for the keys to defend a position or an idea, in which a number of communicative aids arise, but that do not they are useful if the usefulness of the types of communication to be used is unknown, since each one has a different objective; but to get to learn about the types of communication, and especially assertive communication and effective communication, it is necessary for the teacher to ask himself several questions and thus dispose the mind and body to find the tools for teaching and learning, for the proper use of communication and thus strengthen socio-emotional capacities: What is communication? What is the use of knowing how to communicate? What is the relationship between human relationship and communication? Why is it important to relate communication to teaching? How is leadership interrelated with social emotions? And finally, how to understand the importance of knowing how to communicate with the effective use of the various types of communication to be a leader with socio-emotional skills?
