dc.description | Within the broad spectrum of the use of game theory in economic activity and its many theoretical and empirical applications to business decision-making, we highlight the one whose subject matter is to understand the relationships among companies in a microeconomic environment such as e-commerce. This is because e-commerce has currently reached a very significant and diverse level of insertion in all sectors. This article derives from three-phased exploratory research in which, using the participatory action research method, Salop’s circular city model (1979) is corroborated in the context of electronic business, specifically on eBay.
