dc.description | La formación de estudiantes en programas de residencia quirúrgica y específicamente en cirugía general se convierte en una estructura dinámica con muchas aristas y que se deben conciliar para lograr los mejores resultados en las metas educativas. Es evidente que la formación académica en las áreas quirúrgicas implican unos retos producto de un aula no formal como espacio y ambiente pedagógicos desafortunadamente disruptivos. La propuesta planteada a través de este ensayo no es solo recurrir a la didáctica para enfrentar las barreras educativas en la sala de operaciones sino reciclar un “arma” antigua pero eficiente como es la “humanización” proyectada hacia el quirófano. | |

dc.description | The training of students in surgical residency programs and specifically in general surgery becomes a dynamic structure with many edges that must be reconciled to achieve the best results in educational goals. It is evident that academic training in surgical areas involves challenges resulting from a non-formal classroom as an unfortunately disruptive pedagogical space and environment. The proposal raised through this essay is not only to resort to didactics to face educational barriers in the operating room, but to recycle an old but efficient "weapon" such as "humanization" projected towards the operating room. | |

É evidente que a formação académica nas áreas quirúrgicas implica nos nossos retos o produto de uma aula não formal como o espaço e o ambiente pedagógico desafortunadamente disruptivos.
