| dc.description.abstract | One of the purposes of the Human Rights and Transitional Justice Research Centre attached to the Human Rights Defense Program is to promote a dialogue between the different judicial and extrajudicial processes that have existed in Colombia since Legislative Act 01 of 2017.
In the framework of this research work, reports of the Commission for the Clarification of Truth, Coexistence and Non-Repetition of Colombia (hereinafter referred to as the Truth Commission or the Commission), reports of the National Center for Historical Memory (CNMH) and judicial decisions issued under Law 975 of 2005 or the “Justice and Peace Law” are analysed. | |
