dc.description.abstract | The following document contains information about the theoretical bases and reasons behind the realization of a project that seeks the creation of a data management model to have a better control of the operational management in the processes of health care institutions. It also describes the methodology and tools that will be used to carry out the project in a framework focused on the Sociedad de Cirugía Hospital San José (HSJ), with the aim of providing a set of guidelines and policies for data management that directly impact decision making within the institution. In addition, a detailed five-month chronogram is presented that sets out the different activities to be carried out in order to meet the specific objectives and, therefore, the general objective, generating a positive impact on the institution. | |
