Abstract

This Improvement Plan shows strategic systematization results that are carried out through the LOTUS platform, in charge of generating extensions (navigation tabs) for the good internal logistics operation of the company Transborder S.A.S., since its storage collects the tracking of customers and loads. On the other hand, key aspects are exposed to understand why the optimization of this platform is part of a solution that links the customer with the customer service channels, thus showing optimal results with the application of technological competitive advantages. In this way, the diagnosis is exposed through internal and external studies, involving social, political and economic factors that argue the need for a regulation against systematized innovation to the company Transborder S.A.S.
