dc.description.abstract | The architectural design to develop is a research center for the materials used for the construction of social interest housing, in the following document it is analyzed: the handling of the materials used in social interest housing is analyzed in terms of problems of pathologies existing in the materials, where it was concluded that the current problems of the materials in terms of pathologies are evidenced in various studies carried out by civil engineers specialized in material pathologies, the three guidelines of pathologies being these (chemical, mechanical and biological), taking into account that the main error channels when putting them into use were errors in the programming of the work activities, errors in microstructural studies of the materials and errors in the transformation of materials. the raw material, lack of training of the builders, taking into account the previous antecedents, a research plan is proposed in order to create a laboratory study system that allows defining and providing solutions to the pathological problems of the materials used in social interest housing. Following this, design criteria are proposed under a bioclimatic bibliographic reference and two architectural references, in order to define principles of architectural design around the research centers in order to be able to develop functionally and formally consistent spaces with the purpose of use of the building to be designed. Finally, architectural principles are developed taking into account what was previously analyzed in the references where what is going to be considered bioclimatically, functionally and formally in the building are graphically exposed in order to provide a solution to the architectural object. | |
