dc.description.abstractInventory control is an essential part of a company dedicated to sales, which is why it is vital for a company to implement an efficient and reliable inventory control system correctly and in a timely manner. This allows the company to have accurate and properly documented knowledge of the physical units that exist for its corresponding products. The most important question that encompasses this work is how to generate good inventory control, because this can achieve different objectives in this logistics process, which would be: Avoiding uncertainty, because you can know with certainty the amount of merchandise you have, avoiding the loss of products and, most importantly, confusion, since due to this, sales are often lost or confusion is generated among salespeople since they do not know with certainty what they can sell. Accurate inventory control allows the company to satisfy the demand and needs of the customer, subsequently leading to the company generating trust, credibility, and security for the customer when making their purchases. And most importantly, it brings economic benefit to the company.
