dc.description.abstract | Wood is a material that has physical and mechanical properties that allow it to resist different types of loads, which is why it has been used over the years as a construction material, albeit in an artisanal manner in Colombia. As a result of the visit to the University of Sao Paulo we were able to demonstrate the relevance of promoting alternatives in construction that seek to contribute significantly to reduce the environmental impact hand in hand with a sustainable economy and that also has a significant growth potential, therefore, we must look at the experience of countries like Brazil, which have significant technical advances and whose success lies in an academic and industrialized development of the sector. | |
