dc.description.abstractDevelopment of the platform for the management and control of labor surveys based on the gohisalo questionnaire, for the Faculty of Systems Engineering with the use of a requirements specification, an architecture based on the 4+1 model of Kruchten and open source tools such as it was Angular, Node.js, Express and PostgreSQL. So that there are no slow processes when carrying out these surveys, providing information on each evaluation process through illustrative graphs will allow the university to have better control of its human talent.
