Abstract

The specific protection and early detection of the disease constitute a strategy that links the environments in which a person's life passes (family, educational, work and institutional) with the projection of a healthy future, it becomes a decision between the personal and the social responsibility of the state, who is the entity in charge of issuing public policies and guaranteeing control of compliance with these activities to improve the quality of life of the population. The EPS sometimes only focus on health care and treatment of the disease and leave aside the promotion and specific detection when it is really this approach that reduces the costs and demand of the system. Through this investigation, the interventions that have a significant percentage of health compliance will be analyzed, through an analysis of the reports presented by the insurance entities before the control entities. Likewise, it is intended to identify the causes for which entities fail to achieve the goals established by current regulations.
