dc.descriptionThis article is the result of a research project oriented to the recognition of practices that help both, teachers and students in embracing the values and principles of the culture promoted by Universidad EAN. This values and principles are spread by the book which keeps the institutional philosophy and it is used in practice with learning activities and events that enhance integral formation in the university.In order to identify the pedagogical practices developed by teachers, there were used different strategies such as the putting in place of the integral formation survey, a focus group with teachers of the socio-humanistic competencies nucleus and the development of a workshop that presents to the students the importance of being part of a hotbed that develops principles and values oriented projects.Among the research products, it is presented the characterization of feelings, strategies and didactics for embracing the values and principles, meetings with students as incentive for being part of the hotbeds of which its research projects are focused on the same topic and by the time, are suitable to be applied in a real context.en-US
dc.descriptionEl presente artículo es el resultado de un proyecto de investigación, orientado a identificar las prácticas que se desarrollan para que los docentes y estudiantes interioricen los Principios, valores de la cultura Eanista, que son divulgados mediante un libro que sustenta la filosofía institucional, el cual es llevado a la práctica mediante actividades de aprendizaje y eventos que fortalecen la formación integral de la universidad. Para identificar las prácticas pedagógicas que realizan los docentes se utilizaron varias estrategias como la aplicación de las encuestas de formación integral, unfocus group de los docentes del núcleo de competencias socio humanísticas y la realización de un taller para plantearle a los estudiantes la importancia de participar en un semillero que desarrolle proyectos sobre de principios y valores. Como productos de la investigación, se presenta la caracterización de sentires, estrategias y didácticas que se desarrollan para interiorizar los principios y valores, encuentros con los estudiantes como estímulo para formar parte de los semilleros que buscan el desarrollo de proyectos de investigación sobre el tema y que al mismo tiempo se puedan aplicar en situaciones reales del entorno.es-ES
