As representações sobre as mulheres nas Ordenações Afonsinas - Século XV

Abstract

We will seek in this paper show the representations about the women contained in the "Ordenações Afonsinas" to understand which women could use this right, And understand what his field of expertise in society, in order to understand which rights could be used and what the women could use. And to complement the analysis, we will use some letters from royal pardon studied by Duarte - documents that served as a bridge between king and vassal, and where we find some representations about the women, who needed help of the King.

Buscaremos neste trabalho mostrar as representações sobre as mulheres contidas nas Ordenações Afonsinas, afim de entender quais mulheres poderiam utilizar este direito, assim como perscrutar o seu campo de atuação, com o intuito de entender quais direitos poderiam ser usados e quais mulheres o poderiam usar. E para complementar a análise, utilizaremos algumas cartas de perdão régio estudadas por Duarte - documentos que serviam como ponte entre rei e reinóis, e onde encontramos algumas representações sobre mulheres, que necessitavam da ajuda real.
