Temáticas da Educação Matemática em aulas de matemática: uma análise de trabalhos apresentados no SHIAM 2019

Abstract

O presente Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (TCC) trata de uma investigação em trabalhos sobre aulas de matemática apresentados no Seminário Nacional de Histórias e Investigações de/em Aulas de Matemática (SHIAM), no ano de 2019, visando identificar metodologias que fundamentam esses estudos e como os autores as mobilizam em seus trabalhos de sala de aula. A escolha pelo SHIAM, mais especificamente pelo evento ocorrido em 2019, se deu por conta do interesse deste proponente por "conhecer" a realidade da sala de aula de matemática sob o ponto de vista "da pesquisa", neste caso, considerando por "pesquisa" trabalhos apresentados em evento científico. Ademais, buscar conhecer como professores que atuam na Educação Básica colocam em prática teorias que circulam no meio acadêmico. O trabalho foi estruturado em quatro tópicos principais: o primeiro se refere aos resultados de uma investigação bibliográfica; o segundo retrata os referenciais teórico-metodológicos que embasam a pesquisa, estes extraídos dessa investigação bibliográfica os quais, ainda, embasaram a pesquisa desenvolvida neste TCC; enquanto, no terceiro, apresenta-se as análises dos referenciais teórico-metodológicos mobilizados por algumas das pesquisas inventariadas. Por fim, no quarto tópico, tem-se a análise deste trabalho fundamentada nos referenciais teóricos discutindo os usos das temáticas da Educação Matemática na sala de aula. O resultado da pesquisa bibliográfica nos anais do SHIAM apontou o uso, pelos autores, de diferentes referenciais teóricos e metodológicos embasando os trabalhos apresentados, quais sejam, resolução de problemas abertos, investigação matemática, uso de materiais concretos e jogos, cenários para a investigação e alfabetização científica. Embora, em alguns casos, não tenha sido explicitado a forma como tais referências fundamentaram os trabalhos, a análise possibilitou afirmar que o acesso as referências teóricas orientadoras dos trabalhos inventariados possibilitou ampliação da prática do trabalho docente. Por fim, os trabalhos inventariados mostram que os autores tinham conhecimento das referências mobilizadas e as buscaram com o objetivo de lidar com alguma demanda da sala de aula, em um movimento de “dentro para fora".

This Course Completion Work (TCC) deals with an investigation into works on mathematics classes presented at the National Seminar on Histories and Investigations of/in Mathematics Classes (SHIAM), in 2019, aiming to identify methodologies that underlie these studies and how the authors mobilize them in their classroom work. The choice for SHIAM, more specifically for the event that took place in 2019, was due to this proponent's interest in "knowing" the reality of the mathematics classroom from the "research" point of view, in this case considering works presented by research at a scientific event. In addition, to seek to know how teachers who work in Basic Education put into practice theories that circulate in the academic environment. The work was structured in four main topics: the first refers to the results of a bibliographic investigation; the second portrays the theoretical-methodological references that support the research, these extracted from this bibliographical investigation which, still, supported the research developed in this TCC; while, in the third, the analyzes of the theoretical-methodological references mobilized by some of the surveyed researches are presented. Finally, in the fourth topic, there is the analysis of this work based on theoretical references discussing the uses of Mathematics Education themes in the classroom. The result of the bibliographic research in the annals of SHIAM pointed to the use, by the authors, of different theoretical and methodological references supporting the works presented, namely, solving open problems, mathematical investigation, use of concrete materials and games, scenarios for investigation and scientific literacy. Although, in some cases, the way in which such references were the basis of the works was not explained, the analysis made it possible to state that access to the theoretical references guiding the inventoried works made it possible to expand the practice of teaching work. Finally, the inventoried works show that the authors were aware of the mobilized references and sought them with the aim of dealing with some demand in the classroom, in an "inside-out" movement.
