Impacto enunciativo-discursivo da janela de libras no material telejornalístico

Abstract

A Interpretação Simultânea (IS) de reportagens no campo jornalístico disponibilizado na TV aberta brasileira e que é realizada da língua portuguesa (LP) para a língua brasileira de sinais (Libras) é uma realidade que constitui a materialização do direito de acesso à informação às pessoas surdas sinalizantes. No Jornal da Cultura, que é exibido pelo canal aberto TV Cultura e em horário nobre, o primeiro programa telejornalístico que está disponível com esta acessibilidade, dentre os que foram e estão sendo exibidos ao vivo, data de 23 de outubro de 2018. Nesse contexto emergem situações enunciativo-discursivas que vêm contornadas por diferentes materialidades e que apresentam especificidades no que diz respeito à circulação do material jornalístico audiovisual. Sendo assim, esta pesquisa parte da pergunta: como as pistas de autoria se apresentam na Atividade Interpretativo-Tradutória (AIT), simultânea e ao vivo, em janelas de Libras em programa de telejornal diário e como ela, a AIT, movimenta a cadeia comunicativa discursiva em torno de temas politicamente disputados? O objetivo geral desta pesquisa é identificar como as pistas de autoria na AIT que é realizada em janelas de Libras de um telejornal movimentam a cadeia comunicativa discursiva em torno de temas politicamente disputados. O objetivo geral foi pormenorizado nos seguintes objetivos específicos: a) identificar os enunciados em LP que podem instalar tensões ideológicas; b) cotejar como se dá a AIT desses enunciados; c) verificar se há elementos enunciativo-discursivos em Libras que instalam tensões ideológicas. A pesquisa é fundamentada na Análise Dialógica do Discurso (ADD) advinda de Bakhtin e o Círculo e nos estudos da Tradução e Interpretação de Língua de Sinais (ETILS). Metodologicamente trata-se de uma pesquisa bibliográfica e documental, com tratamento qualitativo-descritivo dos elementos investigados. O corpus desta pesquisa é constituído de reportagens em vídeo do Jornal da Cultura, nos quais houve a mobilização dos enunciados proferidos em LP para a Libras. Foram selecionadas reportagens do período de 03/ago/2019 a 02/ ago/ 2020. Todo o material está disponível no canal de jornalismo da TV Cultura, no YouTube. Os resultados demonstraram que a AIT constitui um novo enunciado ao assimilar o enunciado em LP e o reelaborou principalmente por meio do (não) uso de pronomes, e das estratégias de omissão e expansão reacentuando-o em forma de generalizações ou especificações que não se apresentaram em LP. Espera-se que esta investigação interdisciplinar auxilie na compreensão das especificidades enunciativo-discursivas que emergem dos novos contextos midiáticos de acessibilidade.

The Simultaneous Interpretation (SI) of news reports in the journalistic field made available on Brazilian open TV and which is carried out from the Portuguese Language (PL) to the Brazilian Sign Language (Libras) is a reality that constitutes the materialization of the right of access to information to signaling deaf people. In Jornal da Cultura, which is aired by the open channel TV Cultura and in prime time, the first television news program that is available with this accessibility, among those that were and are being shown live, dates from October 23, 2018. In this context, enunciative-discursive situations emerge that are circumvented by different materialities and that present specificities with regard to the circulation of audiovisual journalistic material. Thus, this research starts from the question: how does the authorship clues present themselves in translational interpreting activity (TIA), simultaneous and live of Libras windows in a daily television news program and how does it, the TIA, move the discursive communication chain around politically disputed themes? The general objective of this research is to identify how the clues of authorship in the TIA that is carried out in Libras windows of a newscast moves the discursive communicative chain around politically disputed themes. The general objective was detailed in the following specific objectives: a) identify the statements in PL that can install ideological tensions; b) court how the TIA of these statements occurs; c) check for enunciative-discursive elements in Libras that install ideological tensions. The research is based on the Dialogical Discourse Analysis (DDA) coming from Bakhtin and the Circle and on the studies of translation and interpretation of sign language (STISL). Methodologically, it is a bibliographical and documentary research, with qualitative-descriptive treatment of the investigated elements. The corpus of this research consists of video reports from the Jornal da Cultura, in which there was the mobilization of statements made in Portuguese to Libras. News reports were selected from 03/Aug/2019 to 02/ Aug/ 2020. All the material is available on the journalism channel of TV Cultura, on YouTube. The results showed that the TIA constitutes a new utterance when assimilating the utterance in PL and reworked it mainly through the (non-) use of pronouns, and the strategies of omission and expansion re-entering it in the form of generalizations or specifications that were not presented in PL. This interdisciplinary investigation is expected to assist in understanding the enunciative-discursive specificities that emerge from the new media contexts of accessibility.
