Trabalhadoras de saúde e as práticas de cuidado às mulheres em situação de violência: gênero, violência e formação

Abstract

Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo geral compreender como as concepções de violência e gênero se expressam nas práticas de cuidado prestado por trabalhadoras de saúde às mulheres em situação de violência nas unidades de atenção básica à saúde da região rural do município de São Paulo. No âmbito dos objetivos específicos, definiu-se: mapear os fatores que levam a não identificação de situações de violência contra mulheres e caracterizar e discutir as tecnologias de cuidado presentes na Atenção Básica para cuidar de mulheres em situação de violência. A metodologia na presente investigação é qualitativa, abrangendo análise documental e entrevistas narrativas, considerando a complexidade da temática violência e a subjetividade das mulheres trabalhadoras de saúde, que atuam diretamente no cuidado às outras mulheres. Desta foram analisados documentos e entrevistadas nove trabalhadoras, do sexo feminino, que compõem os Núcleos de Prevenção de Violência das Unidades de Saúde selecionadas para a pesquisa. Os processos analíticos envolveram as trilhas analíticas da Análise de Conteúdo do tipo Temática. Os dados levantados apontam para necessidade de espaços de educação permanente que contemplem escuta acolhedora as trabalhadoras.

The general objective of this research is to understand how the concepts of violence and gender are expressed in the practices provided by health workers to women in situations of violence in primary health care units in the rural region of the city of São Paulo. Within the scope of the specific objectives, it was defined: to map the factors that lead to the non-identification of situations of violence against women and to characterize and discuss the care technologies present in Primary Care to care for women in situations of violence. The methodology in the present investigation is qualitative covering documental analysis and narrative interviews, considering the complexity of the violence theme and the subjectivity of women health workers, who work directly in the care of other women. In this way, documents were analyzed and nine female workers were interviewed, who make up the Centers for the Prevention of Violence at the Health Units selected for the research. The analytical processes involved the analytical tracks of Content Analysis of the Thematic type. The data collected point to the need for spaces for permanent education that include welcoming listening to the workers.
