dc.descriptionThis course completion work is an experimental project composed of a large report and a technical report through which it is possible to explore the factors that lead to the suppression of the right to decent housing in the city of Natal. The objective is to give voice to people who suffer from the absence of this right, in addition to making a diagnosis of the situation and demanding actions that mitigate the impacts of public neglect. In all, for the work, 11 people were heard (five characters from three different regions of the city, three specialists, two representatives of non-profit organizations and one representative of a social movement) and four secretariats (Trabalho e Assistência Social municipal and state), Segurança Pública e Defesa Social municipal and Habitação e Regularização Fundiária de Natal. For the basis of this course, bibliographical research on humanized journalism and other genres, data collection and interviews were carried out. In this way, the report set out to shed light on the discussion of the right to housing in the Potiguar capital.
dc.descriptionEste trabalho de conclusão de curso é um projeto experimental composto de uma grande reportagem e de um relatório técnico por meio dos quais é possível explorar os fatores que levam à supressão do direito à moradia digna na cidade do Natal. O objetivo é dar voz às pessoas que sofrem com a ausência desse direito, além de traçar um diagnóstico sobre a situação e cobrar ações que atenuem os impactos do descaso público. Ao todo, para o trabalho, foram ouvidas 11 pessoas (das quais, cinco personagens de três diferentes regiões da cidade, três especialistas, duas representantes de entidades sem fins lucrativos e uma representante de movimento social) e quatro secretarias (Trabalho e Assistência Social municipal e estadual), Segurança Pública e Defesa Social municipal, além de Habitação e Regularização Fundiária de Natal. Para o embasamento do TCC foram realizadas pesquisas bibliográficas sobre jornalismo humanizado e outros gêneros, levantamento de dados e entrevistas. Deste modo, a reportagem se propôs a jogar luz sobre a discussão do direito à moradia na capital potiguar.
