| dc.description | O trabalho objetiva refletir acerca da importância do estudo da “Questão social” brasileira para
o Serviço Social, analisando sua constituição no processo particular de formação sócio
histórica. Realizou-se pesquisa bibliográfica de abordagem qualitativa, orientada pela teoria
social crítica e o acúmulo de autores da área do Serviço Social, do pensamento social brasileiro
e da Teoria marxista da dependência (TMD). O texto divide-se em três partes. Primeiramente
busca contextualizar o surgimento da “questão social” como fenômeno e categoria alçada por
diferentes sujeitos políticos. A segunda parte sistematiza os fundamentos do processo particular
de formação sócio histórica da América Latina e especificamente do Brasil, no âmbito do
Estado e dos conflitos que o circunscrevem. Por fim, analisa o contexto da institucionalização
do Serviço Social na divisão social do trabalho, a partir das requisições profissionais e das
possibilidades movidas pelo assistente profissional desde o processo de renovação. Em
conclusão retoma-se os elementos acerca das raízes da “questão social” brasileira e sua
atualidade, reafirmando o projeto profissional no enfrentamento às suas expressões. | |
| dc.description | This work reflects the importance of the Brazilian “Social Question” study to Social Services,
analyzing its constitution in the particular processes of the social-historical formation.
Qualitative bibliographic research was conducted, guided through social critic theory and the
extent of Social Services authors, of Brazilian social thinking and the Marxist theory of
dependence (MTD). The text is divided in three parts. First it seeks to contextualize the
emergence of the “Social Question” as a phenomenon and category of competence of different
political subjects. The second part systematizes the fundamentals of the social-historical
formation, particular processes of Latin America and specifically of Brazil, within the scope of
the State and the conflicts that circumscribe it. At last, analyses the context of the
institutionalization of Social Services on the social division of labor, from the professional
requisitions and the possibilities moved by the professional assistant since the renovation
process. In conclusion, the work resumes the elements belonging to the roots of the Brazilian
“Social Question” and its present, reaffirming the professional project of confrontation of its
expressions and the fight for overcoming it. | |
