The goal is to develop an intimate part solution for a mastectomized woman. Methodological procedure was an exploratory and applied research to find intimate modeling that would aid these women at the time of dressing. After following design design methodology with focus on innovation, design thinking in three phases, it was possible to verify that all the corporal measures presented diversity among themselves and postoperative details that does not facilitate project with mass execution. There were obvious concerns not only in the area of the breast as in regions where there was scraping as below the armpit, above the bust, back.
