| dc.description | Com a crescente demanda por edifícios mais eficientes, a indústria da construção se depara com o desafio de garantir que desempenho energético previsto durante a etapa de projeto seja alcançado no edifício em uso. Energy Benchmarks apontam as diferenças entre projeções de consumo em edifícios, estimadas na fase de projeto, e o medido na fase de operação, ressaltando a importância de uma avaliação do efetivo desempenho energético "em uso". O trabalho tem como objetivo a realização de revisão bibliográfica sobre etiquetagem de desempenho energético em uso- Energy Benchmarks, de modo a identificar a metodologia utilizada no contexto internacional e identificar ações semelhantes no Brasil. A pesquisa evidencia a influência do comportamento dos ocupantes sobre o desempenho energético em edificações e frisa o fato do sistema de Benchmark ser eficaz na redução de consumo energético. Contudo como resultado do estudo, encontram-se melhorias importantes que ainda podem ser implantadas no contexto internacional, além de potencial para a implantação de um sistema adequado no Brasil. | |
| dc.description | With the growing demand for more efficient buildings, the construction industry faces the challenge of ensuring the energetic performance envisaged during the design stage is achieved in the building in use. Energy Benchmarks point out the differences between projections of consumption in buildings, estimated in the design phase, and the one measured in the operation phase, emphasizing the importance of an evaluation of the effective energy performance "in use". The objective of this study is to perform a literature review on energy performance labeling in use - Energy Benchmarks, in order to identify the methodology used in the international context and to identify similar actions in Brazil. The research highlights the influence of occupants' behavior on energy performance in buildings and stresses the fact that the Benchmark system is effective in reducing energy consumption. However, as a result of the study, there are important improvements that can still be implemented in the international context, as well as potential for the implementation of an adequate system in Brazil. | |
