| dc.description | O presente trabalho pretende contribuir para a compreensão da evolução, das reformas e das perspectivas da Previdência Social brasileira. Para isso é utilizado um modelo descritivo e análise de tabelas e gráficos. A estrutura consiste em seis capítulos, sendo que o primeiro é a introdução. Os seguintes versam sobre os conceitos envolvendo a previdência, a organização do sistema no Brasil, as reformas realizadas no setor, mudanças recentes e desafios a enfrentar. Por fim, a conclusão. O estudo revelou que a previdência cresceu em importância, o sistema foi tornando-se mais abrangente, e, por conseqüência, exigiu maiores gastos. Como resultado de diversas inovações, as condições de elegibilidade à aposentadoria e demais benefícios previdenciários constantemente alteraram-se. Nesse contexto, o caráter solidário do sistema, característico do regime de repartição simples, foi mantido. No entanto, é nítida a grande abertura de espaços para a previdência complementar, constituindo tendência de cada vez maior valorização do capital privado no sistema. A justiça distributiva, o aumento da cobertura previdenciária e a transição demográfica aparecem como os grandes desafios atuais. | |
| dc.description | The present work aims to contribute to understanding the evolution of reforms and prospects of the Brazilian Social Welfare. It is used for a descriptive model and analysis of charts and graphs. The structure consists of six chapters, the first is the introduction. The following are related to the concepts involving foresight and organization of the system in Brazil, the reforms in the industry, recent changes and challenges. At last, the conclusion. The study revealed that social security has grown in importance, the system was becoming more comprehensive, and, consequently, called for increased spending. As a result of several innovations, the conditions of eligibility for retirement and other pension benefits constantly changed. In this context, the character of the sympathetic system, characteristic of simple allocation scheme was maintained. However, it is clear the vast open spaces for the pension fund, providing trend of increasing recovery of private capital in the system. Distributive justice, increased social security coverage and the demographic transition appear like the big challenges. | |
