| dc.description | O presente artigo visa analisar o princípio da prevenção e a sua aplicabilidade através dos instrumentos de combate à precarização do trabalho e às consequências desta para a saúde do obreiro. Tem-se por objeto da pesquisa a demonstração da essencialidade do referido princípio - norteador do direito ambiental, que intende prevenir um dano conhecido por já ser cientificamente comprovado – para a garantia do direito de laborar em um meio equilibrado que assegure o bem-estar dos obreiros, algo fundamental, vez que a própria Constituição Federal reconhece ser direito dos trabalhadores a redução dos riscos inerentes ao trabalho. Isso é dado por meio dos objetivos traçados que visam conceituar o princípio da prevenção e analisar a sua aplicabilidade a partir de instrumentos preventivos destinados a garantir uma vida digna ao ser humano, tendo como base um meio ambiente de trabalho hígido e seguro. Para a construção do presente artigo, é utilizada uma abordagem hipotético-dedutiva consubstanciada em um procedimento de pesquisa bibliográfica e documental. Ao final, conclui-se que as ferramentas disponíveis, quando devidamente aplicadas, previnem os trabalhadores das consequências de um ambiente laboral degradante e insalubre, mas, para tanto, é necessária a sua aplicação de forma interligada e não isolada de cada instituto. THE PRINCIPLE OF PREVENTION AND ITS APPLICABILITY: INSTRUMENTS TO COMBAT THE AGGRESSION TO WORKER HEALTH Abstract: This article aims to analyse the principle of prevention and its applicability by the instruments that combat the desregulation of labour and its consequences to worker health. The object of the research is the essentiality´s demonstration of the mentioned principle - mega guiding of environmental law that intends to prevent a known damage because it´s already scientifically proven – in order to guarantee the right to work in an appropriated environment that assures the welfare state of the employees, which is fundamental since the Federal Constitution recognizes the importance of reducing the risks of labour. That is achieved by the goals that aims to conceptualize and analyse the principle of prevention´s applicability by institutes that enable a worthy life of human being based on a healthy and safe working environment. For building this article, it is used a hypothetical-deductive anchor based on a bibliographic and documentary research procedure. Therefore, it concludes that the tools available, when properly applied, prevent the proletariat from the consequences of a degrading and unhealthy working environment, but to that end, it is necessary to apply interconnected and not independent each institute.
