| dc.description | AS POLÍTICAS PÚBLICAS PARA O ESPORTE PARALÍMPICO NO BRASIL: APONTAMENTOS GERAIS SPORTS POLICIES FOR PARALLYMPICAL IN BRAZIL: GENERAL APPOINTMENTS Resumo: O objetivo do presente artigo é analisar as políticas públicas desenvolvidas para o esporte paralímpico no Brasil. A pesquisa de característica bibliográfica e de cunho qualitativa utilizou artigos científicos, livros, leis e estatutos para analisar o esporte paralímpico brasileiro e as ações desenvolvidas pelo Governo Federal. Três ações foram selecionadas: Lei de incentivo ao esporte, Lei Agnelo/Piva e programa Bolsa Atleta. Conclui-se que o movimento paralímpico apresenta características específicas que o diferencia do esporte convencional, principalmente em sua questão estrutural e administrativa e, mesmo não existindo nenhuma política pública específica para o esporte paralímpico, este vem sendo contemplado em ações junto ao esporte olímpico.Palavras Chaves: Políticas Públicas de Esporte; Esporte Paralímpico; Deficiência. Abstract: The objective of this article is to analyze the public policies developed to the Brazilian paralympic sport. By adopting a qualitative research, which uses bibliographical sources, this work used papers, books, laws and statutes to analyze the Brazilian Paralympic sport and the actions taken by the Federal Government. Three of these actions were selected: Law to encourage the sport, Agnelo/Piva Law and Athlete’s Scholarship. We concluded that the paralympic movement has specific characteristics that differentiate it from conventional sport, especially in its structural and administrative aspects. Also, it was noticed that, although there is not any specific policy for the paralympic sport, it is being contemplated within actions related to the Olympic sport.Keywords: Sports Policy; Paralympic Sports; Disability. | pt-BR |
