| dc.description | San Agust?n es un municipio de desarrollo en el departamento del Huila muy rico a nivel de flora y fauna, adem?s cuenta con un gran poder en arqueolog?a teniendo reconocimiento mundialmente, pero un municipio muy olvidado arquitect?nicamente.
San Agust?n contiene una arquitectura colonial y se distingue por sus ornamentaciones que contienen las edificaciones, m?s de la mitad del municipio contiene esta arquitectura que se ha realizado al pasar de los a?os.
Desafortunadamente dicha arquitectura cuenta con una serie de problem?ticas y necesidades que se han venido desarrollando afectando el patrimonio arquitect?nico del municipio. Dichas afectaciones se dan por falta de reconocimiento y valoraci?n del patrimonio en san Agust?n.
Muchas de estas afectaciones se dan por descuidos, falta de mantenimientos en las edificaciones, demolici?n de edificaciones para construir nuevas edificaciones con otro criterio de arquitectura, y supuestas restauraciones llevando la materialidad y el estilo a otro punto sin respetar los criterios y las ornamentaciones marcadas.
Se genera un planteamiento de restauraci?n y conservaci?n de la arquitectura basada en leyes defendiendo el patrimonio del municipio, realizando tres aspectos en las edificaciones, mediante el cual se realizaran dependiendo la necesidad de la edificaci?n, las cuales son: restauraci?n, mantenimiento y protecci?n.
Rescatando la arquitectura y d?ndole valor y reconocimiento en el sector, se realizara un plan maestro para integrar la arquitectura con todo su entorno, para que no sea solo visitada por su arqueolog?a y paisajes sino tambi?n por su gran arquitectura.
Se crean nuevos perfiles viales para la conectividad del sector, generando v?as primarias, segundarias y terciarias dependiendo el desarrollo y el uso de suelo del sector, tambi?n teniendo muy en cuenta el tipo de transporte que transita en diferentes puntos ya que es muy variado.
Mejorando una maya vial creando adem?s puntos de encuentro como parques lineales, parques centrales y generando hitos en el municipio para ayudar al desarrollo del mismo. | |

Unfortunately, this architecture has a series of problems and needs that have been developing affecting the architectural heritage of the municipality. These effects are due to lack of recognition and appreciation of the patrimony in San Agust?n.
Many of these effects are due to carelessness, lack of maintenance in buildings, demolition of buildings to build new buildings with other architectural criteria, and supposed restorations bringing materiality and style to another point without respecting the criteria and the marked ornamentation.
It generates an approach to restoration and conservation of the architecture based on laws defending the heritage of the municipality, making three aspects in buildings, which will be made depending on the need for building, which are: restoration, maintenance and protection.
Rescuing the architecture and giving it value and recognition in the sector, a master plan will be made to integrate the architecture with all its surroundings, so that it is not only visited for its archeology and landscapes but also for its great architecture.
New road profiles are created for the connectivity of the sector, generating primary, secondary and tertiary routes depending on the development and use of the sector's land, also taking into account the type of transport that transits in different points since it is very varied.
Improving a road maya by creating meeting points such as linear parks, central parks and generating milestones in the municipality to help its development.
