En este caso se analiza e identifica oportunidades, fortalezas, debilidades y amenazas que se presentan en el entorno externo e interno de la organizaci?n. En el documento se implementa una metodolog?a con herramientas necesarias que ayuden de manera clara y precisa a la empresa D?Autos a el desarrollo ?gil y estructurado de un Plan Estrat?gico; con el fin de mejorar el desempe?o de la organizaci?n y mitigar el impacto de escenarios futuros poco favorables para la empresa. Por lo anterior, con la implementaci?n del plan estrat?gico se espera que la empresa tenga la capacidad de afrontar escenarios futuros, y as? facilitar ventajas competitivas que permitan a la empresa permanecer y crecer en el mercado. | |
| dc.description | The objective of this research work D'Autos Ibague City focuses on the design of the strategic plan for the company. In this case it analyzes and identifies strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats arising in the external and internal environment of the organization. Document implements a methodology with tools that help clear and precise way to the D'Autos company agile and structured development of a Strategic Plan; in order to improve the performance of the Organization and mitigate the impact of unfavorable for the company future scenarios. Therefore, the implementation of the strategic plan is expected that the company has the ability to cope with future scenarios, and thus facilitate competitive advantages that enable the company to remain and grow in the market. | |
