| dc.description | En a?os anteriores la madre era quien ten?a la responsabilidad de las labores del hogar y de la
crianza del ni?o, pero debido a los cambios en la estructura familiar, en la actualidad se ha
permitido al padre estar presente en las actividades y cuidados de este. Por ello, el objetivo de la
presente investigaci?n es determinar la relaci?n entre el involucramiento paterno y el desarrollo
socioemocional de sus hijos entre los 3 y 6 a?os de edad. La metodolog?a adoptada corresponde
a un dise?o cuantitativo correlacional, con una muestra de treinta padres de familia,
seleccionados teniendo en cuenta unos criterios de inclusi?n. Para la recolecci?n de informaci?n
se utilizaron los instrumentos ?Escala de involucramiento parental: actividades de cuidado y
socializaci?n (IP)? y ?La escala de evaluaci?n comportamental y de competencia social (SCBE 30)? y para la caracterizaci?n de la muestra se realiz? un cuestionario de datos
sociodemogr?ficos. Mediante el an?lisis realizado por el software SPSS se identific? una
relaci?n positiva y no significativa respecto a las dimensiones del involucramiento paterno
(cuidado directo, indirecto, aprendizaje y ense?anza, juegos, actividades fuera de casa) con la
dimensi?n de competencia social del desarrollo socioemocional, por otro lado, entre las
dimensiones del involucramiento paterno y las dimensiones ansiedad y agresividad del desarrollo
socioemocional, se encontr? una relaci?n negativa y significativa. | |
| dc.description | In previous years, the mother was the one who had the responsibility of the household chores
and the upbringing of the child, but due to the changes in the family structure, at present the
father has been allowed to be present in the activities and care of the minor, not only as a figure
of authority and financial support. Therefore, the objective of this research is to determine the
relationship between parental involvement and the socio-emotional development of their children
between 3 and 6 years of age. The adopted methodology corresponds to a correlational
quantitative design, with a sample of thirty parents, taking into account the inclusion criteria. For
the collection of information, the instruments "Scale of parental involvement: care and
socialization activities (IP)" and "The scale of behavioral evaluation and social competence
(SCBE-30)" will be used and for the characterization of the sample, a sociodemographic data
questionnaire. Through the analysis carried out by the SPSS software, a positive and non significant relationship was identified regarding the dimensions of parental involvement (direct,
indirect care, learning and teaching, games, activities outside the home) with the dimension of
Social competence of socioemotional development, on the other hand, between the dimensions of
parental involvement and the anxiety and aggression dimensions of socioemotional development,
there is a negative and significant relationship. | |
