| dc.description | La presente asistencia hace parte del proyecto de investigaci?n titulado formulaci?n y validaci?n de heur?sticas para optimizar el servicio al cliente en configuraciones flexibles en el departamento del Tolima. Su prop?sito se fundament? en dimensionar la problem?tica en escenarios diferentes a los manufactureros y en este caso se propone el desarrollo de una aplicaci?n computacional basada en la formulaci?n de una heur?stica para la asignaci?n de cirug?as en quir?fanos en el entorno colombiano, que gestione autom?ticamente la informaci?n de acuerdo al ?rea de cirug?as y validarse en el Instituto AVIDANTI (antiguo Instituto Cardiovascular de Ibagu? ICI) gracias a los resultados de la investigaci?n realizada por Saavedra et al., 2015.
El informe est? dividido en cuatro cap?tulos; el primero: Determinaci?n de aspectos te?ricos relevantes para realizar la heur?stica, se enfoca en encontrar una visi?n hol?stica del ambiente en el cual se incluir? el software, buscando as? los aspectos te?ricos claves en los cuales se tiene que desempe?ar la heur?stica. El segundo cap?tulo: Metodolog?a y puntos claves para el desarrollo de la heur?stica, procura exponer como se ha dise?ado el software en sus criterios m?s importantes para su posterior desarrollo. El tercer cap?tulo: descripci?n de la heur?stica, muestra parte por parte la heur?stica propuesta para gestionar la informaci?n del ?rea de cirug?as, describiendo su funcionamiento y mostrando la interfaz gr?fica de usuario. En el ?ltimo cap?tulo se dan conclusiones y recomendaciones realizadas por el escritor, adem?s de mostrar la divulgaci?n de la heur?stica y su socializaci?n en el instituto AVIDANTI. | |
| dc.description | This assistance is part of the research project entitled formulation and validation of heuristics to optimize customer service in flexible configurations in the department of Tolima. Its purpose was based on dimensioning the problem in different scenarios to manufacturers and in this case the development of a computational application is proposed based on the formulation of a heuristic for the assignment of surgeries in operating rooms in the Colombian environment, which automatically manages the information according to the area of surgeries and validated in the AVIDANTI Institute (former Ibagu? Cardiovascular Institute ICI) thanks to the results of the research conducted by Saavedra et al., 2015.
The report is divided into four chapters; the first: Determination of relevant theoretical aspects to carry out the heuristic, focuses on finding a holistic view of the environment in which the software will be included, thus searching for the key theoretical aspects in which the heuristic has to be performed. The second chapter: Methodology and key points for the development of the heuristic, tries to expose how the software has been designed in its most important criteria for its later development. The third chapter: description of the heuristic, shows part by part the proposed heuristic to manage the information of the area of surgeries, describing its operation and showing the graphical user interface. In the last chapter conclusions and recommendations made by the writer are given, in addition to showing the dissemination of the heuristic and its socialization in the AVIDANTI institute. | |
