Barreras aduaneras al comercio exterior argentino

Abstract

En el presente artículo se van a analizar las diversas medidas tomadas por el estado argentino tendientes a restringir el flujo del comercio internacional. Para esto se realizó un análisis de los diversos impuestos que se aplican a las importaciones y exportaciones y sus finalidades a partir del estudio de la legislación vigente. Al mismo tiempo, se realiza un relevamiento de las diversas medidas para arancelarias tomadas por el estado tendientes a restringir el ingreso de importaciones bajo el mecanismo de requerirse una autorización previa para autorizar la introducción de productos al territorio argentino.

We analyze the course of action taken by Argentina to restrict imports. We study the current legislation of the taxes applied to imports and exports and their purpose. On the other hand, we research the differents measures taken by the state to restrict the entry of imports under the mechanism of requiring a prior authorization to allow the introduction of products into Argentine territory.
