dc.descriptionEl trabajo aborda las reformas impulsadas por el lencinismo a la legislación electoral de la Provincia de Mendoza entre 1920 y 1927. Se parte de la ley provincial n° 771 (de 1920), dando cuenta de su estructura y aspectos principales. Luego se abordan su reglamentación y otras enmiendas parciales posteriores que introdujeron los gobiernos lencinistas hasta 1927. El interés es abordar el derrotero del marco normativo electoral local a la luz de las disputas interpartidarias y los clivajes político-ideológicos de la época, aportando una mirada de mediano plazo sobre la percepción de la dirigencia radical-lencinista acerca de la democracia y sus mecanismos.
dc.descriptionThis paper analyses the reforms promoted by the governors of the “Lencinismo” in the electoral laws of Mendoza Province between 1920 and 1927. It starts with the study of provincial law number 771, giving an account of its structure and main aspects. Then we examine its administrative regulations and other subsequent partial amendments introduced by the following governments up to 1927. Our interest is to address the course of local electoral law in the light of the disputes between local parties and the politicalideological cleavages of the twenties, providing a medium-term view of the worldview of the “radicallencinista” leadership about democracy and its procedures.
