dc.descriptionEl presente artículo propone un recorrido por las páginas del diario más influente de la norpatagonia argentina para identificar los desplazamientos de sentido que operaron en su línea editorial en torno a la concepción de desarrollo e integración y a la forma en que estos cambios se proyectaron sobre el significante “Chile”. El periodo analizado comienza con la conformación del ALALC en 1960 y se cierra en 1996 con la inclusión de Chile como país asociado al Mercosur. Fueron años signados por el paso del predominio del pensamiento desarrollista, en todas sus variantes, al de la hegemonía de la globalización neoliberal, lo que lo vuelve una etapa por demás significativa para analizar los cambios discursivos de un diario que tuvo como uno de sus rasgos distintivos dar cuenta de los debates centrales de su época.
dc.descriptionThis article proposes an overview of the pages of the most influential newspaper in the Argentine north-Patagonia to identify meaning displacements that operated in its editorial line around the conception of development and integration and the way in which these changes were projected onto the signifier "Chile". The period analyzed begins with the creation of the ALALC in 1960 and ends in 1996 with the inclusion of Chile as a country associated with Mercosur. They were years marked by the passage from the predominance of developmental thought, in all its variants, to the hegemony of neoliberal globalization, which makes it an extremely significant period to analyze the discursive changes of a newspaper that gives an account of the central debates of its time as one of its distinctive features.
