dc.descriptionThe present thesis has as object of study the procedures used in the elaboration of a particular book: The castle of the crossed destinies (1973) by Ítalo Calvino. The castle consists of two sections, the first is titled by the same name and the second bears the name of The Tavern of Cross Destinations. Both describe a group of people who take refuge in a castle, in the first section, and in a tavern, in the second. On a table there is a deck of tarot cards, through these images, and accompanied by gestures, the characters try to explain their stories. With regard to the cartomancy system called tarot, in the section of The Castle the deck used is called “Visconti Sforza”, while in La tavern the cards are from the "Marseille" tarot.
dc.descriptionLa presente tesina tiene como objeto de estudio los procedimientos utilizados en la elaboración de un libro particular: El castillo de los destinos cruzados (1973) de Ítalo Calvino. El castillo consta de dos secciones, la primera se titula de manera homónima y la segunda lleva el nombre de La taberna de los destinos cruzados. Ambas describen a un grupo de personas que se refugian en un castillo, en la primera sección, y en una taberna, en la segunda. Sobre una mesa hay un mazo de cartas de tarot, a través de estas imágenes, y acompañadas de gestos, los personajes intentan explicar sus historias. Con respecto al sistema cartomancia denominado tarot, en la sección de El castillo el mazo utilizado se llama “Visconti Sforza”, mientras que en La taberna las cartas son del tarot “Marsella”.
