dc.descriptionResumen: El nuevo contexto global marcado por la conflagración armada en el Este de Europa presenta una serie de riesgos y desafíos al Atlántico Sur, una zona de paz caracterizada por la estabilidad estratégica y la cooperación extendida en el período de Posguerra Fría. El presente artículo analiza el impacto sistémico de la guerra en Ucrania en tres dimensiones: los riesgos de la competencia estratégica entre grandes potencias, la respuesta de los actores regionales frente al conflicto ruso-ucraniano y el impacto en la agenda del desarrollo económico.
dc.descriptionAbstract: The new global context marked by the armed conflagration in Eastern Europe presents a series of risks and challenges to the South Atlantic, a zone of peace characterized by strategic stability and extended cooperation in the post-Cold War period. This article analyzes the systemic impact of the war in Ukraine in three dimensions: the risks of strategic competition between great powers, the response of regional actors to the Russo-Ukrainian conflict, and the impact on the economic development agenda.
