dc.descriptionThe work of John Quidort of París has a great influence by Tomás Aquinas and Cicero. However the proposals on the nature of the political power in these philosophers are different in some respects. In the present paper I will demonstrate the influences of both authors which help the quidort theory, not without-first-determining the dif- ferences and personal thesis of John of París at the first moment when the Parisian philosopher thinks the separation of powers' thesis at 13th century.en-US
dc.descriptionLa obra de Juan Quidort de París posee una gran influencia de Tomás de Aquino, como así también de Cicerón. Sin embargo, su propuesta sobre lo que es el poder político es distintas a las de ellos dos. En el presente trabajo me propondré demostrar las influencias de los autores que sirvieron a la teoría quidortiana determinando las diferencias y aportes propios de Juan de París a la hora de pensar tesis de la separación de poderes en el Siglo XIII.es-AR
